Casson’s Oyster Knife
The Blade: The blade of this Oyster Knife is designed to open the oyster from the hinge or from the front of the shell. The steel used in this blade is a tough, high carbon one called DIN 1.4116 Germany. The blade is 2-3/4 inches long. Care should be used in keeping the blade clean and dry when not in use.
The Handle: The handle is of ergonomic design, molded so you can get a firm grip for pushing and twisting to open the oyster shell. Made of black pearl like color plastic, dish washer safe.
